General comments from BranchED's Quality Matters Reviewer:
This course does not include any interactions and only allows professional development credit for users in Massachussets. It is under a NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0) license in OER Commons which might make it a good candidate for remixing within your own course. This would allow you to add interactive elements.

Instructional Design Notes:
Translating this course content and adding interactive elements should be relatively simple.

QM Score:
67/101, This course would not pass a formal QM review; however, the video resources alone could be useful especially in combination with the other course I reviewed through UMass Boston. This course is geared towards instructors in K-8th grade. It appears to be part of a larger set of courses centered on Early Education http://ocw.umb.edu/early-education-development.html.
